Some actions have taken by the TOG to reduce the spread of the coronavirus while supporting those who are affected by COVID-19.

We're intently observing the impact of COVID-19. In addition to those who are affected and many more who are dealing with changes in their workplaces, community environments. Here are some of the ways TOG is supporting communities, clients, and employees during this troublesome time.

Serving our clients

We accept our role serving clients during this time is a critical one, and we need to ensure people can get the things they need when they need them. As COVID-19 has spread, we've observed people are more started to shop online. For the time being, this is affecting how we serve our clients.

Currently, you will notice that we are out of stock on some items & famous brands, also you will notice that some of our delivery time are longer than regular. To ensure availability on all of our products, and bring on additional capacity we are working around the clock.

We also keep on eye to ensure that no one raises prices on basic daily need items during this pandemic and can be blocked or removed with our long-standing policy. We actively monitor our store, offers that violate our policy we remove.

Empowering our clients

In addition to serving our retail customers, we’re ensuring TOG Web Services clients have the tools and they have to keep their organizations and associations pushing ahead securely and effectively. TWS is teaming up with public health organizations, government offices, and organizations around the world to support their efforts resulting from the effect of COVID-19. This includes providing clients in the most affected areas with technical support and TWS credits that help cover costs while enabling businesses to quickly stand up and scale their tools and infrastructure to keep businesses running.
