• Use ABC sensors to navigate a hike or run. Use the altimeter for elevation data, the barometer to keep track of weather, and the 3-axis compass to keep you on course.

Safety & Tracking

• If you feel unsafe or the fenix 6S detects an incident may have occurred, it can send your location to your emergency contacts.

Wrist-Based Heart Rate

• An enhanced optical heart rate monitor gauges the intensity of your fitness activities, as well as heart rate variability to figure out your stress level score. It can even track your heart rate underwater without needing a strap.

Pulse Ox Sensor

• It uses light beams to gauge how well your body is absorbing oxygen, which helps with altitude acclimation or sleep monitoring.

Body Battery Energy Monitor

• Uses heart rate variability, stress, sleep, and other data to gauge when your body is ready to be active or when you might need a rest.
