The EVO 4K from Nilox is a Wi-Fi enabled action camera that captures up to 4K video, takes 16MP still photos, and features a detachable rear 2" LCD touchscreen. For 4K recording, it supports 17:9 cinema-standard DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) at 12 fps, as well as broadcast-standard 16:9 UHD 4K (3840 x 2160) at 12.5 fps. For standard frame-rate recording, the camera also offers higher-than-HD 2.7K resolutions at 24 and 30 fps, 1080p up to 60 fps, and 720p up to 120 fps for slow-motion playback. Further bolstering the camera's versatility are a variety of operating modes, including audio-only recording, time-lapse, and a G-sensor for motion-activated recording, a useful feature for use as a dashcam.

Equipped with an ultra-wide 160° lens, the EVO 4K captures all of the action in front of it. When not selecting 4K or 2.7K recording modes, narrow FOV options are available. On-board monitoring is made possible thanks to a detachable 2" TFT LCD touchscreen that mounts onto the rear of the camera. You can also remotely monitor and control the device from up to 328' away over Wi-Fi using a mobile device running the Nilox iOS or Android app. The app also allows you to easily save your photos/videos and for immediate sharing with family and friends.

To protect the camera during your adventures and action sport exploits, a waterproof housing is included that is submersible to depths up to 328', making it suitable for underwater diving and snorkeling activities. In addition to a standard back for the housing, an extended backdoor is also included for when the 2" TFT LCD touchscreen is attached. The also includes two rechargeable 1500mAh battery packs and other essential accessories, such as a mounting bracket, flat and curved adhesive mounts, lens protector, anti-fog inserts, and a USB cable for battery charging.
