The Action Base Kit from Joby is a starter kit complete with three Joby action camera accessories packaged inside a custom Lowepro case. It includes the GorillaPod Action Tripod, Action Grip, and GPod Mini Magnetic tripod, providing you with the essential items to take your action camera footage to the next level. All of the mounts feature a 1/4"-20 camera screw, with adapters provided for mounting GoPro housings and frames.

The GorillaPod Action Tripod features flexible legs with multiple joints that let it stand on uneven surfaces, or even be wrapped around poles, branches, and other objects. An integrated aluminium ball head provides camera angle adjustments and includes quick release plates for fast camera attachment/removal. GorillaPod Action Tripod with GoPro Mount

The Joby GorillaPod Action Tripod with GoPro Mount is versatile mini-tripod designed for action cameras and other small cameras weighing up to 2.2 pounds. It features flexible legs with over two dozen leg joints which bend and rotate 360°, allowing you to secure your camera almost anywhere. The rubberized ring and foot grips provide stability on uneven terrain and grip securely when wrapping around poles or branches. The GorillaPod Action Tripod is made from high-end, durable materials. At only 6.7 ounces, it is also lightweight and portable, easily fitting into most camera bags.

An integrated aluminium ball head provides 360° of pan and +90° to -90° of tilt for getting the composition that you want. Forgetting level shots with action cameras without an LCD screen, a bubble-level is conveniently placed on the head. The tripod comes with two quick-release plates; one for GoPro cameras, and one with a standard 1/4"-20 screw. The GoPro mount can also be used on any tripod, including all GorillaPods, with a 1/4"-20 tripod mount.

Action Grip

Part of their Action Series line, Joby's Action Grip provides steadier hand-held shooting with your action camera while doubling as a flotation device should you accidentally drop it in water. An integrated three-prong mount at the top of the handle allows you to attach a GoPro camera. For use with cameras that have a 1/4"-20 socket, an adapter is included. At the bottom of the handle is a detachable end cap, which features a wrist strap for additional security against accidental loss and drops. Unscrewing the end cap lets you attach an optional extension pole or any other pole that has the standard painter's pole threading.

GPod Mini Magnetic (Black/Gray/Red)

Like the original, this Joby GPod Mini Magnetic is an ultra-versatile mini-tripod that can be used with lightweight compact cameras. Its three multi-segmented flexible legs can be formed to grip almost any protrusion, be it a branch, doorknob, rock, or uneven surface. Each of the joints can bend and rotate 360° to wrap around objects. The bottom rubber segment on the legs is larger to allow it to be used as a traditional tripod.
