Powerful and versatile, the Ledlenser XEO 19R LED Headlamp is a serious illumination tool suited to everything from caving to search and rescue. Offered here in green, the XEO 19R employs two side-by-side, independently operated, 1000-lumen LED lamps, powered by a rechargeable 7.4V, 5200mAh battery that can be used to charge or power devices such as smartphones or cameras (or other headlamps, for that matter). The headlamp comes with a kit for mounting on a helmet, and separately sold accessories enable its use as a bike light. The rear-mounted power pack and the lamp housing can be removed from the head strap, connected together, and used as a handheld light.

The dual LEDs can be used separately or together, in a narrow spot or wide flood beam as your situation requires. Each lamp has pre-set brightness levels of 100, 500, or 1000 lumens, as well as an Optisense auto-adjust setting that selects the right output based on ambient light and the distance your beam needs to reach. Runtime ranges from 4 to 20 hours. The XEO 19R carries an IPX6 water-resistance rating, so wet weather will be no cause for concern.
