What are the details of Tog’s free shipping?

Usually all items will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days. However, if you request for insured value shopping option, Tog will utilize a couple of carriers. As a matter of fact, the value shipping is free if purchase exceeds AED 200.00.

Our well chosen shipping carriers will ensure that all products are delivered safe and sound. Once you have placed your order, a most suitable carrier is selected to deliver you items. Carrier will be decided on the basis of size, weight, and destination as well. Although free value shipment reaches the destination within 5 to 10 working days, it may take as long as 14 business days. It must be noted that the order processing days are not included in this timeline.

It is worth noting that some items do not qualify for free shipments as per their size and weight restrictions. These products will be shown on the respective product pages.

In case of shipping charges, you will be notified accordingly in order to fulfill requirements of an order. In order to facilitate, Tog reserves the right to upgrade the selected shipping method. As such there are no handling fees otherwise clearly mentioned.

What are Tog’s domestic shipping options and transit times?

Guaranteed within 2 business days. Saturday delivery can be requested for an additional charge.

Important note:

We don’t guarantee for timely delivery in case of adverse weather conditions which is beyond anyone’s control. Moreover, assumes no responsibility if and when the buyer fails to communicate the accurate shipping information. That said, no credits will be made in case of such delay of delivery.

As already discussed, delivering days do not include processing time. Therefore, allow us 1 or 2 business days to access the estimated delivery time. Without costing you any additional charges, Tog reserves the right to substitute a shipping method.

Does Tog offer delivery services on holidays and early morning?

Products shipped from Value shipping, Standard shipping or Expedited shipping options may be delivered on holidays (Fridays and Saturdays). If you want us to accommodate deliveries on off days, you will have to place a special request and incur an additional cost of AED 75.00. If orders are placed before 12:00 PM as per UAE Standard Time on Thursdays and Fridays, they can be delivered in next 2 working days.

If you want to request early morning delivery, the requests can be accommodated for an additional charge only for two-day shipping orders containing in-stock items. All early AM deliveries will incur an additional AED 75.00 fee in addition to the expedited freight charges.

What are Tog’s international shipping options?

Tog employs a mix of the international shipping carriers in order to ensure that the products are delivered within the promised timeline. Once you have placed the orders, the system will automatically select the most efficient shipping method based on the consideration of destination, size and weight. Typically it takes 7-15 business days to deliver the package. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the delivery time may take up to 21 business days.

Standard International Shipping:

Typically 5-7 business days.

It is recommended to go through local rules and regulations regarding international shipping, customs and brokerage fees, duties, taxes and restrictions on the products imported into your country. It is important to note that all such dues are sole responsibility of the recipient.

Can we find shipping cost on

All shipping costs are provided before you have completed the process for completion of a purchase. In order to determine the international shipping cost:

  1. Place the order by choosing ‘Add to Cart’
  2. When you are on ‘View Cart’ page, enter the shipping zip code of the recipient country and shipping method into the shipping calculator
  3. Click on ‘Apply’

As the page reloads, all details will appear on the screen including cost of products, shipping costs, fees and taxes that are applicable. Charges will be processed as the order is completed.

Important note:

If you have selected an incorrect delivery option, following message will appear on the screen:

‘The shipping method you specified is not available for your address’. So, please choose an appropriate method. Most importantly, Tog reserves the right to alter the shipping method for suitability. This action will be carried out without any notice. Extra shipping charges do not apply.

For freight delivery, the merchandise should be above maximum weight and dimension limits for common carriers. If you require a freight delivery, additional charges apply. Please speak to our customer services department for more details.

How long does Tog take to process the order?

All in-stock products take around 1 to 2 working days to process an order. Those orders that require shipment may take slightly longer. All in all, merchandise items are processed within 5 days at maximum.

In order to get items delivered within a short time, you are recommended to choose our express shipping methods when ordering. In case the item you have ordered is not available immediately, you will be notified with details of timeline required to ship that. By reading this clause, you agree that Tog reserves the right to hold any product until it is available on the stock.

How can I track my order?

Usually the tracking info is emailed to the customer. However, if you want to check order status, you can visit the order status page. Please note it may take up to 48 hours to check the order status on the website. You can contact Tog office if you need any further details.

Can I have my package rescheduled or re-routed?

If you want to reschedule or re-route your package, additional charges will apply depending upon the carrier handling your package.

If you have made up your mind to do that, you are requested to contact immediately. All successful intercepts will cost a fee per tracking number.

Intercepts are of four types as follows:

  1. Return to sender: when the product is returned for a refund or exchange
  2. Deliver to another address: Re-routing the package will cost accordingly

           Important note:
          Since online payment method requires confirmation of all details, it may not be possible to change the location. As an alternative, you are suggested to cancel the order and place a new one either online or by phone.

  1. Will Call: when the package is held up for the consignee at the nearest location
  2. Reschedule delivery: holding up the package up to 5 business days

What happens if my item arrives late or lost?

We take full care of all packages as we collaborate with the most trusted carriers and we do apologize for any delays.

In case the package you have received is damaged, you can send it back for replacement. We will charge you replacement charges from your credit card and we will return the money if our team confirms that the order was damaged or lost. In case of loss, the courier will pay the insurance settlement. Hence, you are on the safe side.
